Submit a ticket

In Command Center, open Feedback, describe the issue, and submit. You receive a reference such as fb-20250603-a1b2c3 — include it in any follow-up email. Diagnostic context is attached automatically. Discord is optional and not required.

Do not paste API keys or secrets into tickets or email. Redact .env contents if you share logs.

Response expectations

Tickets are reviewed on business days. Complex issues may require a follow-up with logs from scripts\setup_check.py. Check Settings → Check for updates before reporting a bug that may already be fixed.

License and billing

For lost keys or payment receipts, contact us using the email address from your Lemon Squeezy order. We can re-send license details when the purchase can be verified.
