Submit a ticket
In Command Center, open Feedback, describe the issue, and submit.
You receive a reference such as fb-20250603-a1b2c3 — include it in any follow-up email.
Diagnostic context is attached automatically. Discord is optional and not required.
Response expectations
Tickets are reviewed on business days. Complex issues may require a follow-up with logs from
scripts\setup_check.py. Check Settings → Check for updates before reporting a bug that may already be fixed.
License and billing
For lost keys or payment receipts, contact us using the email address from your Lemon Squeezy order. We can re-send license details when the purchase can be verified.
